Flexcop - Domino

With production that’s “just so damn crisp” (Dave Ruby Howe, TripleJ Unearthed Music Director) and club support on his last release from Moon Boots, Maya Jane Coles, Hot Since 82, MK, Pleasurekraft, Amine Edge, Vanilla Ace, Adana Twins, Audiojack, Danny Daze, Dubfire and more, Beatport “Must Hear Deep House” Chart artist Flex Cop returns to ONELOVE Recordings with ‘Domino’.

Following last years Onelove debut ‘Placebo’, the Brisbane, Australia producer is joined on vocals this time by Los Angeles singer songwriter Michael O - channeling Marvin Gaye effortlessly amongst a mix of late night piano stabs, tropical percussion and Sade-inspired guitar licks. Clocking in around 7 and a half minutes the original mix of Domino is a swirling sunset poolside vibe marathon with elements of French-influenced “nu-disco” and splashes of warm soul to create a unique deep electronic dance sound.

The flip side sees Flex Cop’s own ‘Re-Flex’ take the affair into late night territory with a jackin’ bassline and vocals re-interpreted by pyramid building aliens.

'Australian producer Flex Cop is another honourable mention on the list of dance-worthy music this week, with a stunning deep-house original” - The Music Ninja
